Update #5 from AGCI

Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice! Let your gentle spirit be known to all men. The Lord is near. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things.
Phil. 4:4-9

PLACEMENTS:
We have placed one girl this week.

FIRST TRIP:
Two families traveled to meet their children for the first time this week.

FAMILY COURT:
We had two FC appointments this week and three scheduled so far for next week.

DNA PROCESS:
We had six successful DNA appointments this week.
Two pre-approvals this week! Time to get the prayer chain going for these pre-approvals; we have a lot of families waiting on these. The US Embassy continues to process the pre-approvals in approximately 30 days once the DNA lab results are received by the USE.

PGN:
TWO families came out of the PGN this week! We are so excited for you! We want more approvals!!!
The last submission date for these families was at the beginning of December. Keep praying that things continue to move forward in the PGN!

CIVIL REGISTRY:
Six families are in CR, and five are on their way.

IN TRANSLATION:
We have 3 cases currently in translation; once everything has been translated these cases will be submitted to the USE for their pink slips! And, five families are out of CR and on their way to translation once we have a new passport for their child!

IN US EMBASSY:
No families in the USE currently.

PINK SLIP:
Two families had Visa appointments this week (Congratulations!), and one finally will travel next week for their Visa appointment (this has been a tough road for this and other families, we wish you the best!!!)

Have a great weekend,
Jill, Kim and SooJin
