This blog was originally created to help keep our family and friends informed as we journeyed together in the adoption of our youngest daughter from Guatemala. In April of 2008, all of our prayers were answered, and we traveled as a family to Guatemala to finally bring home Ana Hope. We now use this blog as an opportunity to share and preserve the precious everyday moments that can easily be forgotten in the busyness of everyday life.

Some extra prayers...
No news yet, but as we approach the seven week mark in PGN, we are asking for some extra prayers. After next week, it is possible that we could be notified of an approval. Unfortunately, we could still be notified of a"preview" and then we have to wait another 6-8 weeks before potentially being approved again. We know that our legal team has done an excellent job preparing the documents that are being reviewed, and that all the necessary documents are there. A preview at this point may be over something as simple as a misspelled word. We are so very excited to bring Ana home to be part of a family, and are just asking for some extra prayers that those reviewing our paperwork will look favorably on our case. We specifically ask that we do not receive a preview at this point. Thank you so very much for supporting us in prayer at this time.
